Tour Booking & Flexibility Policy

Last Updated: October 12, 2026

This Tour Booking & Flexibility Policy is an integral part of the general Terms and Conditions of the Organizer. These specific provisions apply to our promotional arrangements and land-only tour packages.

1. BOOKING, DEPOSITS & TOUR CHANGES

1.1. Registration and Deposit: To register for the tour, clients may be required to pay an advance deposit to secure their interest. By paying this deposit, the client accepts that the final price, transport type, and itinerary services depend on the final number of travelers to ensure the trip is operationally feasible.

1.2. Refund, Price Changes and Cancellation Policy:

  • If the client decides to cancel, withdraw, or rejects a price adjustment made under Section 1.3, the deposit remains non-refundable.
  • If the Organizer must suspend or cancel the tour because it is not operationally feasible due to a small group size, the Organizer, at its sole discretion, may offer a travel voucher for future trips or a refund. If a refund is approved, the final amount will be sent minus any applicable bank and payment transfer fees.

1.3. Changes to Price and Services: The final price of the trip, the type of transport, and any included tour services (including, but not limited to, transport, tour guides, tour leaders, entry tickets, and/or activities) are calculated based on the final number of paid travelers. If the group is smaller than expected, the Organizer reserves the right to change the price or adjust the services to make the trip feasible.

1.4. Communication and Consent: The Organizer will inform clients about any updates to the price or services via written, digital, or verbal notifications before the final payment and/or during the tour. By making the initial deposit, the client gives prior consent to these operational updates and explicitly agrees to follow verbal instructions on-site, waiving any future right to contradict or dispute the Organizer's operational decisions made during the tour.

2. EXCLUDED SERVICES & THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY

2.1. Independent Travel Components: The services provided by the Organizer are strictly limited to land-only components (including, but not limited to, transport, tour guides, tour leaders, entry tickets, and/or activities) unless explicitly specified and included in the Organizer's official offer or invoice. The procurement, booking, and payment of international airfare and any independently selected accommodation remain the sole responsibility of the client.

2.2. Third-Party Liability: The Organizer shall not be held liable, financially or legally, for any alterations, cancellations, delays, overbookings, or service failures initiated by third-party providers (including, but not limited to, airlines or hotels not directly managed by the Organizer).

2.3. Interdependency of Services: If a client experiences flight cancellations, delays, or issues with independent bookings that prevent them from joining the scheduled tour, the Organizer's refund policy under Section 1.2 remains strictly applicable, and no compensation or automatic refunds shall be owed by the Organizer for these external disruptions.
